How it works 1. Collecting Points
Every purchase your customer makes is an opportunity for you to reward them. Simply choose the loyalty points you'd like to award using the LoyalPas - POS app, and a unique virtual “stamp” will be generated for that transaction.
Then, you have 3 options: Scan your customer's unique LoyalPas QR code (found on the home screen of their LoyalPas app), let your customer scan the “stamp” QR code directly via their LoyalPas app, or assign the stamp using your customer's LoyalPas username.
2. Redeeming Rewards
Your customers can watch their points grow, understanding exactly how many more they need for specific rewards, all according to your campaign setup.
Once your customer has accumulated enough points for a reward, they can generate a unique QR code. You scan this code to verify its validity and mark it as redeemed, ensuring a one-time use.
Remote stream
You can also set up a remote display (e.g., a tablet at the till), wirelessly connected to your LoyalPas - POS app. Whenever you generate a QR code for stamping, it's displayed on the remote screen for your customer's convenience in scanning.
Redemption is also seamless through the remote display. You generate a redemption QR code on your app, and it shows on the remote screen, wirelessly. Your customer scans it, you see their reward claim, and you mark it as redeemed right there in the app

A "stamp" refers to an event in which loyalty points are assigned to a known customer using our service. Redeeming rewards is excluded from charging. Bianco stamps (stamps that are not assigned to a specific customer) are not charged until they are assigned to a customer.
